Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage consists of a very light, rhythmical massage that mechanically encourages the drainage of lymph from the peripherals, via the node, to where it enters the blood stream.

Cupping Therapy

A pleasant and gentle technique to relax tight muscles, loosen adhesions and brings hydration and blood flow to tissues. Also releases toxins by opening up lymphatic pathways.

Pregnancy Massage

We use a designed pregnancy pillow so you can safely and comfortably lie on your stomach especially in the early stages of your pregnancy. Side lying is recommended in the later stages of pregnancy.
